Today is golf's birthday, so she took the afternoon off, and the three of us (golf, Larry, and I) sat out on the back patio and had a drink. I had to fight my way through the orchids and bromeliads, but I now have my Detroit Tigers hat, so I didn't mind the tussle.

On the way back to Robin's Nest, I stopped at the King Kamehameha Club, where Rick and I raised one or two in golf's honor.
Note Rick's new short-sleeved shirt, still with the white collar and sleeve trim, but he also has the buttoned flaps on the sleeve trim, as frequently worn in 1981-82. He is also wearing his gold necklace, but I don't know if it shows up in these pictures.
